New Gym

Today I went to a new gym that they put near my house, all the machines are new and it was full of people, since the entrance was free by courtesy of the owners, when I finished my shoulder and abdomen routine I approached one of the instructors of the gym and he was talking to me about the potential that I have, wow seriously I never wanted someone to shut up forever hahaha, the guy just wanted to gain fame by telling the people that he was my personal trainer, but no, I told him that I could achieve only what I propose, because that's the way life is! what you propose you can achieve !!, happy night.

Today

Today I have started a new work schedule which is from 10pm to 6 am, at first I felt somewhat nervous because I thought I would fall asleep during my labors, but now it's 2:16: am and everything is fine so far , I must get used to this week, it is normal for human beings to be afraid of what we do not know or what we are used to, but once we face our fears we realize that nothing is as serious as it seems!

this morning

wow,it was very difficult to get up to work, yesterday I went to bed at 1:00 am and had to get up at 5:30 am, my house was dark and silent, I just wanted to continue sleeping warmly, I was dreaming something great, I felt very happy in the dream, unfortunately the only thing I can remember was that I felt very well. !

Today I could not go to the gym, I had to do a lot of diligence, I'm sad, I miss being in the gym a lot, when I do not go there, I feel empty, because it's my favorite place to forget about the problems.

Weekend

On Sunday, I went out to eat with some friends, we had a delicious time until I started to feel a little sick to my stomach and I decided to go home ... I do not know how much I wanted to say this to you since you know that you always make them spend the best with me.
