�What is something you do exceptionally well and explain why you think you're so good at it.

I think I have and ability to read people and understand them. Being a psychiatric nurse, you really need to notice the little things going on with your patients. Because they have such challenging and at times dangerous behaviors, that may or may not be rational to you and me, I have learned purely through observation while the outbursts are happening with the patient, which approach works to calm them down, and just build on the things that work for them. Its pretty much just a problem solving strategy but it seems I have mastered it! For me, it took alot of trial and error, the error at times being punched or kicked by the patient, but nevertheless all those responses are what you have to work with to find out what does work. And from there, when u work through all the kinks, u start to build rapport, and that's how I have become very successful at my job, and in solving issues with patients behaviors. Not to mention, it also helps to wear cute bows in your hair and to smile a lot when your around them and then they are much less likely to punch you, another strategy I've mastered :D

�What would you chose as your last meal?

Ok so I love taco's but it would be impossible to choose between tacos or spaghetti with my grandma's homemade spaghetti sauce!! The only problem is whenever I try to make it it is never exactly how my grandma used to make it. I know it's because she never wrote down a reciepe, she always just added a dash of this and a sprinkle of that and it was always perfet. I do still hold a little hope cuz my mom's version is pretty close so Im hoping if i keep practicing I'll get it right someday!
